We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Items must be in sellable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

How to Return

• Used or opened perfumes (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged by the customer
• Sale items (unless defective)
